The fact that Garner's killer didn't get indicted is nothing short of horrifying. If a video of a cop literally strangling an unarmed and nonviolent black man whose only crime was selling cigarettes for 75 cents each still couldn't get a grand jury to agree that there's anything to look into, in New York -- how can there possibly be any justice? How could anyone in less liberal, multicultural territories get justice? How could we expect that videoing cops will create justice?

And nothing has changed.
